Wellness practitioners such as health coaches, personal trainers, energy healers, and others will learn how to distinguish between legally permissible wellness services and regulated healthcare activities such as diagnosing or treating medical conditions. The course also outlines strategies to reduce liability, such as using client agreements, forming LLCs, and avoiding misleading claims. Participants will engage with real-world legal scenarios and apply ethical frameworks. Wellness practitioners will finish the course with a clearer understanding of their legal boundaries and enhanced confidence in offering services that support client well-being without overstepping professional limits.
